Adaptogenic Fat Fueled Coffee Recipe

Hello Ladies!!

I have my adaptogenic fat fueled coffee recipe here for you!

Before I get into the tools and ingredients of my recipe I want to share the benefits of drinking this adaptogenic fat fueled coffee recipe every morning.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee provides focus and fuels creativity. The energizing effects of mushroom coffee are balanced with chaga mushrooms that also help support your body’s immune functions. (PS. This stuff really tastes like coffee with no mushroom taste. Even my fiancé can’t tell the difference *wink* *wink*).

Four Sigmatic Cordyceps Mushroom Elixir is packed with energy support and helps keeps lethargy at bay. Cordyceps also have strong antioxidant properties. Again, the mushroom elixir doesn’t have a mushroom taste but rather a sweet, buttery flavor.

Bullet Proof Brain Octane provides more brain power by converting into ketones which the brain can use immediately as energy which helps combat mental fogginess and wards off drops in energy that happens when your body runs out of sugar/carbs for energy. Brain Octane which turns into ketones in the body helps suppress ghrelin, the hunger hormone, which helps you feel full. I find that when I have Brain Octane in my morning coffee (along with a well rounded breakfast), I don’t feel hungry until lunch time.

Adding collagen powder to your coffee can help improve skin health because collagen is the building blocks for your skin. Collagen benefits elasticity and hydration which can help improve the look of wrinkles. Ingesting collagen can also help your body produce other proteins that are beneficial to skin, elastin and fibrillin. Collagen also helps relieve joint pain by helping maintain cartilage that helps protect your joints. Collagen also makes up a lot of our bones and taking collagen can help reduce bone degeneration as we age. Muscle mass can be improved when supplementing with collagen powder. Collagen also helps with heart health. This is because collagen makes up the structure to your arteries (which carry blood away from your heart and out to your body).

Cinnamon boosts metabolism and is packed full of antioxidants. Cinnamon provides anti-inflammatory effects. It also helps reduce the risk of heart disease by helping lower the “bad” cholesterol. Cinnamon also helps regulate blood sugar levels and helps reduce insulin resistance (precursor to type 2 diabetes). Cinnamon helps fight the buildup of a protein called tau which contributes to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. Cinnamon may help reduce the uncontrolled cell growth that leads to cancer. It can also help fight fungal and bacterial infections by inhibiting their growth.
